Using evidence-based practices, Evergreen builds relationships that are timeless and always evolving, long after the original consulting engagement with a non-profit organization. Evergreen’s team of consultants is always looking for new ways to “up our game” to ensure non-profits realize optimal outcomes that contribute to needed infrastructure and a strong foundation for the future. As President of Evergreen, Hennessy shares her wealth of knowledge and experience in the areas of capital campaigns, strategic planning, administration, and fundraising with her clients. She provided 17 years of Institutional Advancement leadership at Case Western Reserve University (CWRU) with the Frances Payne Bolton School of Nursing and the Jack, Joseph, and Morton Mandel School of Applied Social Science. Prior to joining CWRU, she enjoyed professional success at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Museum and at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation. Most recently, she was a part-time Director of Advancement and Capital Campaign at Magnolia Clubhouse and served as Campaign Director at the Cleveland Museum of Natural History.
