In 2016, the founder members experienced gaps in recruitment processes. Businesses needed to consolidate their existing executive search processes as one was struggling to keep up with ever changing world of human resources. Most businesses were getting to a point when they realised they could no longer manage the search function processes with them. Simply put, they need an extended arm. Qualite Manpower was thus born with the purpose of filling the need gap through addition of talent management and HR audits to the search deliveries.
