The Australian Leadership Retreat (ALR) The Australian Leadership Retreat (ALR) is ADC’s longest running initiative with a rich history of profound and transformative impacts on business and governments and providing participants with exceptional insights. It convenes annually over two and a half days and is by invitation only. The ALR focuses on the long-term and brings together eminent leaders including Federal Cabinet Ministers from Australia and Asia, State Premiers and Senior Ministers, Chairmen and Chief Executives from the top 100 companies in Australasia, along with leading investors and entrepreneurs, international inbound delegations, senior government officials, leading international academics, top university, community and other institutional leaders as well as selected media, to discuss the key issues affecting the nation, the wider region, and the international community.
