Our goal is to develop or significantly improve properties to enhance neighborhoods. On an ongoing basis, we are searching for and evaluating real estate investment opportunities. Areas of focus are: San Francisco, The Peninsula, Marin County, Alameda County and Contra Costa County. Possible projects include development or redevelopment of single family, mixed use and multi-family real estate.
