DLE Technical Services is a 100% veteran/minority owned, small disadvantaged business with an 8(a) Business Development certification from the US Small Business Administration (SBA). DLE provides management and technical support to our clients in the commercial nuclear industry, the Federal Government and Engineering/Procurement/Construction companies in the US, Canada and Europe, in the following main three areas: 1. Technical Support – DLE provides technical support services to the Department of Energy (DOE) under an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract DE-EM0002035. As of August 2014, we have 24 task orders supporting DOE national labs and DOE offices. DLE is a project solutions integrator helping our clients with project planning, scheduling, cost estimating, risk analysis and cost modeling. 2. World Class QA Program Development – We have developed QA Programs for Federal & commercial nuclear clients in the US and Europe (AMEC, Schneider Electric, Burns & McDonnell), transformed Quality and Safety cultures, developed strong continuous improvement programs and developed Human Performance Improvement initiatives. 3. Training & Process Improvement – DLE provides a PMI certified workshop on “Root Cause and Event Investigations Fundamentals,” and Leadership and Conduct of Operations training. Additionally, DLE facilitates root causes and process improvement initiatives in Safety Cultures and Human Performance Improvement.
