Inman Park Properties was founded in 1993 by Atlanta native Jeff Notrica. Born in Old Fourth Ward during the turbulent ’60s, Mr. Notrica has been a first-hand witness to Atlanta’s struggles and triumphs. Having renovated and repurposed hundreds of structures in Atlanta over its more than 25-year history, Inman Park Properties is synonymous with historic preservation in Georgia and has received awards from the Historic Savannah Foundation to the Urban Design Commission.
