She has over 15 years experience within the finance industry, of which more than 10 of them have been within recruitment and HR. Toni holds the Certificate in Personnel Practice, Merit. Toni's previous employment was in Human Resources as HR Officer for a local Accountancy Practice, she also worked for two Jersey recruitment agencies as Temps Controller and Recruitment Manager. Toni is honest and passionate and believes with the right guidance and training candidates can fill their full potential. Sean O'Flaherty: Director Sean was born in Jersey and has 16 years experience in the finance industry. He is both FCCA (a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) and ACA (Associate Chartered Accountant) qualified having originally gained his experience with Ernst & Young. His career has been varied and covers Accountancy, Trust Company Business and Banking.
