Blocks of Life is a Blog about intentional Living; about understanding what makes us tick and taking the initiative to act on that knowledge. It's about knowing ourselves and making ourselves into the people we want to be. Blocks of Life is not a cookbook; rather it provides us food for thought to help us find our own path. Each life has many individual elements—our life building blocks. Some of these elements may be incredible, but unless we create lives in which all those pieces fit together and work in harmony, our lives will be less than ideal—below their potential. It’s not enough to have a balanced life, or good health, or a good job; it all has to add up to something bigger. For some, an extraordinary life would necessarily involve great adventures, personal triumph, or professional accolades. Others may have none of these, but still have a life that is truly magical. Their magic might come from their relationships, through love, or from raising their children.
