The authorized capital is 400 million pounds " 65 million shares". The issued and paid capital is 260 million pounds "65 million shares". Total investment is 346 million pounds. Division of capital contribution is : 53.14 % from the holding company for chemical industries, 15.9 % from banks and public bussiness sector companies and 30.96% of private sector and individuals.
