Backups: This has to be your first line of defense. We make sure that your computers are backed up the way they need to be backed up. Why is this the first line of defense? Because if you are properly backed up then, in the event that your protection is compromised, you haven't lost everything. Protection: This, unfortunately, is a costly/layered concern. You start with protecting the perimeter of your network... the portion touching the Internet and work inward to properly protect servers, computers and other devices (phones, tablets, etc) that people may be using. This includes email and other software that you use on a day to day basis. Support: Make sure you have someone to call in case of an event. The more familiar the company is with your network the better it will be for you!
