The motivation for Purvi Capital took shape as the great blizzard of 2011 poured sleet and snow at rates exceeding 4 inches/hour over Chicago streets. What started out as just another routine day, ended in quite a humbling experience. It continues to remind us that while some events are well beyond our control, we can always find opportunities in adversities. By being prepared, by choosing who we work with and by picking meaningfully the problems to work on. Sometimes, it takes a blizzard to offer opportunities for making snow-angels and skiing down lake shore drive.
