Our growing dependence on technology, coupled with increasing cyber threats, demands greater security in our online world. CyberSafeNV's vision -- "A Nevada capable of meeting the cyber security challenges of today and tomorrow" is supported by providing education and awareness on a range of topics to individuals, businesses, and government users. Our non-profit organization evolved from a Department of Homeland Security (DHS) grant program awarded to Nevada in 2012. The State of Nevada secured the award of the grant to strengthen the State’s cyber security posture through the Center for Infrastructure Assurance and Security (CIAS).
