Our mission is to aid individuals recovering from addiction by restoring their mind body connection through yoga/fitness memberships, a practice of self awareness and wellness-focused community events. NamaStay Sober is a charitable organization that funds and facilitates unlimited monthly memberships and fitness memberships to people in recovery. By becoming a member of our community, participants are given access to create a new and healthy lifestyle alongside their peers. We also seek to unite all people with an interest in health and wellbeing at our sober social events which are open to all.
