Established in 2001 by Helmuth Senfter with the mission to bring Italian heritage traditional Salumi meat products to the Chinese consumer. With a strong believe in sustainability and in the new consumer behaviour Megatrends in January 2019 the ISU - Independent Salumi Union brand has been launched in the Chinese Market. Under the brand of ISU we manufacture and distribute about 100 different traditional Salumi SKUs divided in four main product categories: Prosciutto Crudo, Salami, Prosciutto Cotto and Wurst. We focus on sustainability: fresh meat cuts, natural ingredients and animal welfare.
