I am an experienced and qualified executive coach, facilitator and trainer and have worked with a wide range of organizations in the public, private and not-for-profit sectors. Whether working with individuals, groups, or teams my approach is creative, engaging, active and challenging. I incorporate in particular elements of positive psychology, emotional intelligence and neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) into my work. I began my career in operational, customer-facing roles before moving into the learning and development field in the mid-1990s. More recently my experience has been focussed especially on organizational development, leadership and team development, working to facilitate cultural and behavioural change in organisations.
