Elder Care Services is a non for profit agency that assists seniors (60 +) to remain in their own homes and prevent premature nursing home placement. ECS provides Comprehensive Case Management, 24/7 Adult Protective Service Investigation and case work for seniors and persons with disabilities age 18-59, Self-Neglect Case Management, Choices for Care transitional care, Information and Assistance, Money Management and many other programs . All services are free and confidential.
