Place of Hope Inc. is a non-profit organization with a mission dedicated to provide individuals who are less-fortunate with access to quality healthcare, food, and clothing. Our Goal: Place of Hope, Inc. works to provide meaningful improvement in quality of life and economic opportunity for low-income individuals and families. We help stabilize lives by meeting immediate basic needs of food and clothing, quality healthcare and then provide support to help clients become more self-sufficient. Who We Serve: We serve uninsured, under-insured and individuals that are at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Level in 5 counties in Georgia - Clayton, Henry, Fulton, Fayette, and DeKalb Areas of Service: Health Clinic: Every Sundays 12pm to 3pm - Primary Care - Telehealth - Mental Health (Third Sunday of every month) - Health Education - Pharmaceutical - Lab referrals - Women Health Clinic (First Sunday of every month) Clothing bank -Children and adults like clothes and shoes Food Bank: - Provides both fresh foods and non-perishable items to families in need.
