Utilizing the most cost effective tools to deliver direct, effective programs, Teach America specializes in creating media that is used by state and federal agencies for use in training and communicating transportation issues. We have produced multimedia programs that introduce Roadway Characteristics Inventory and HPMS programs and processes. Teach America has been deeply involved in creating handbooks including; RCI, RCI2, Design Traffic/Project Traffic Forecasting, Median, Driveway, Q/LOS, Traffic Monitoring, and Site Impact. We integrate accelerated learning practices into training materials about Access Management, Project Traffic, Q/LOS, RCI, HPMS, Transit, Roundabouts, Weigh-In-Motion and other issues.
