Dunwell Corporation has been engaged in the oil and gas industry as a producer, drilling contractor and well service company for more than thirty years. The primary focus of the Company is on oil and gas production from shallow to intermediate depths, generally 10,000 feet or less. The company develops prospects in producing areas, targeting under developed or undeveloped reserves in fields with a good production history. Utilizing today's information technology dozens of prospects can be studied in a matter of weeks, which only two decades ago would have taken months or years, dramatically reducing the cost and time of prospect evaluation and assembly. The goal of the Company today is to control the cost of project development. Dunwell, through its affiliate, Duncan Energy LLC is the operator, overseeing drilling, completion and production operations on each project undertaken by the Company, further reducing third party cost. Prospects assembled by the Company all involve multiple well developments allowing more cost efficient operations. Each venture is viewed as a business entity onto itself, with its own development cost, income and expenses. Our philosophy is to develope each prospect one well at a time, carefully evaluating production for several months before proceeding to drill additional wells.
