I identify, contact and engage with amazingly skilled people to know if they could be tempted by new ventures. I like to say that I find the ingredients and let the recruiters do the cooking, ie evaluate and hire. - Talent Sourcing Strategy: I help companies set up an agile, tailor-made sourcing function that will work hand in hand with Talent Acquisition / Internal Recruiters in order to attract the right talent to the company.
