OUR VISION Is to change the workplace culture around mental health and wellbeing. Creating workplaces where discussing mental health is as common as discussing the weather. Encouraging a proactive approach to mental health rather than just crisis. We achieve this by providing the tools through workplace training and guidance support services. including MHFA England mental health first aid courses being delivered weekly by Registered Mental Heath Nurses and Health-Care Educators.
