One out of five girls born in the United States is a Latina, and The Professional Latinas Alliance Network is behind her. Our goal is to unite successful Professional Latinas in our area to reach out to Young Latinas: “Latinas reaching Latinas.” Our Vision is to see vibrant, educated, Latina youths pursue higher education and acquire the competence to fill greater numbers of professional positions. Our Mission is to purposely and collaboratively reach young Latinas by developing a network of professional Latina mentors. We believe in the power of exposure: “The influence of one life on another”
