Only1 is the solo project of Steve Tschoepe of San Antonio, Texas, where he's taken contemporary choruses, classic hymns, and Christmas carols, and arranged them in an instrumental “smooth jazz” style. Although Steve is a solo artist, the sound is one of a complete band thanks to the original arrangements and modern keyboard technology. (No pre-recorded tracks are ever used!) While the primary style is smooth jazz, you’ll notice many influences in the music, including big band, pop, reggae, blues and rock. The overall style might be best categorized as "dinner music."
