DREIM.Org is Dedicated to holding the Fortune 500 accountable to their Racial Equity commitments and Partnering to maximize the Social Return on Investment generated. In 2020 Fortune 500 companies made Racial Equity commitments in excess of $50 billion, however, there is no single entity tracking whether those commitments are being kept until DREIM.org Leveraging data analytics and the public pressure of BIPOC Professionals and Allies, DREIM.org tracks and reports on whether Fortune 500 companies are keeping their Racial Equity commitments. The DREIM.org digital platform will be a safe place that empowers BIPOC Customers, Employees, and Allies to share best practices for disrupting the fundamentally broken experience of working for corporate America while living racial inequity every day.
