The Perspective is an advisory that helps business leaders with China. Finding one perfect hire to oversee everything is basically impossible. Instead, we help companies mobilize a team of “in-house” experts, each doing what they do best. As needs change, so too can the team - no lengthy recruitment cycles or contentious layoffs. We practice what we preach, we don’t hire full-time consultants. We involve local experts in everything we do. They are executives, brand directors, e-commerce operators, digital marketers, data scientists, crypto entrepreneurs, front-line salespeople, engineers, designers, and artists. And to be honest, they have way more experience than we do. The Perspective is based in Shanghai and in Stockholm. Since 2018, we have worked exclusively with executive teams that have the ambition to scale their China presence. We take pride in the quality of our work and choose our projects carefully. Since 2016 we have also been producing our own editorial podcasts, Digitally China (in English) and Den Digitala Draken (in Swedish), published by Svenska Dagbladet.
