Ohanae, Inc., a Delaware corporation, with operations based out of New York City, is a FinTech company that seeks to provide its clients with a true end-to-end platform (the “Ohanae Platform”) to initiate and manage asset tokenization, the use of stablecoins for payments, and an alternative trading system (“ATS”) to provide exchangeability.
