D'Accord personnel have an average of around 15 years experience in the delivery of EAP, counselling and trauma management services. 3: Business Partnerships - we build strong business partnerships and work with our client organisations to better understand their business and how to enhance and maintain employee health and well being. 4: "Can Do" Approach - we are an innovative company and extend beyond being 'just' an EAP provider. We are always looking for ways to assist our clients and offer involvement in projects which may not fall under the normal scope of EAP. D'Accord understands the need to provide a professional, effective and responsive EAP service, accompanied by a package of services and offerings that work at building a strong business partnership. Recently, we have sub-contracted services in several countries outside Australia, e.g South America, Fiji, N.Z. PNG, Vanuatu and Japan.
