Companies like SpaceX are rapidly solving the transportation question: how do we get from here to there (LEO, the Moon and beyond) - economically and sustainably? We are working to answer the next vital question: How do we thrive once we get there while preserving and protecting Earth - sustainably and equitably? Our first mission will be on the Moon. In partnership with NASA and other space agencies, commercial and social sectors, and academia we plan to establish the first institution of higher learning on another world - The Lunar University. Driven by the principles of boldness, curiosity, humility and collaboration - The Lunar University will inspire and educate the next generation of space explorers through experiential learning, and promote broad inquiry that contributes to sustainable and responsible space development and benefit to Earth.
