cKeys’ purpose is to address, educate, and coordinate the dispersal of soldering and electrical hardware skills and knowledge across age and socioeconomic divides while inspiring enthusiasm for mechanical keyboards and other input or computational devices. We provide education by giving free lectures, free workshops, and paid workshops in museums, schools, libraries, and other public venues as well as utilizing social media channels and the corporation’s website to provide educational text, images, and video. Our programs include sending out ambassadors to raise social consciousness about the importance of access to hardware skills and training, and to hold fundraising events to provide aid in immediate educational workshops to people of all ages.
