Chinese Life Science Professionals Association (CLSPA) is a New York City-based not-for-profit organization for life science professionals of Chinese heritage or with interest in China’s life science industry. CLSPA serves as a platform to bring together life science professionals and promote their professional interactions and collaborations. CLSPA is committed to provide networking and career development opportunities for member professionals, to facilitate information exchange and collaborations among life science professionals, and to establish convenient links between academia and industry, between researchers and technology venture developers, and between entrepreneurs and investors. We seek to advance commercialization of the abundant local scientific resources, promote academia-industry communication & collaboration and stimulate development of new ventures. CLSPA also intends to serve as bridge to promote information exchange and business collaboration in life science industry between USA and China. We aim to help professionals in USA understand China’s life science industry as a major emerging market and outsourcing target, to facilitate China to adapt the advancements and innovations of US life science industry, and to foster business opportunities in both countries.
