Southwestern Real Estate exists to challenge the status quo of the residential real estate industry. Ironically, most real estate brokerages experience high turnover and are filled with serial low producing agents because they can have a high profit margin for the brokerage. We believe that serial low producers can have a negative impact on the culture of a brokerage. We believe that greatness inspires greatness. Since we all sell real estate, we wanted a brokerage where everyone is either a top producer, or becoming one. A place where we support and root for each other instead of tear each other down. A place where we share our best practices and we are always looking to grow.
