Yvette brings 20 years of experience and is also a therapist for the Canberra Raiders team. Osteopathy is a form of health care which uses hands-on techniques to diagnose and treat structural and biomechanical dysfunction and various conditions of the body. As Osteopaths we utilise a range of techniques to help support the body’s ability to heal and to improve joint mobility, reduce ligamentous and muscular strain and restore overall health and balance. Osteopathic treatment uses techniques such as stretching and massage for general treatment of the soft tissues (muscles, tendons and ligaments) along with mobilisation of specific joints and various soft tissues.
