Louis Riel Capital Corporation (LRCC) is a financial organization originally capitalized by the Government of Canada under its Canadian Aboriginal Economic Development Strategy (CAEDS). The mandate is to provide capital for the start-up, acquisition, or expansion of businesses, majority owned and controlled by Metis People living and conducting business in Manitoba. Direct Loan Programs are not designated to assist everyone. The applicant has to meet several basic requirements, in addition to specific conditions that will be identified as the application progresses.
