Our integrative approach recognizes the multidimensional nature of health, with nutrition, exercise, and wellness being at the center, as opposed to body-centric exercising and supplementation. Reset is the brainchild of business entrepreneur Karan Talreja. Karan Talreja has also long been involved in fitness and wellness ventures, sharing a strong passion for fitness himself. They decided to set up a fitness and wellness centre with an innovative holistic health culture, as they both felt that the Indian fitness sector was stagnating and focused on a very narrow approach to health and fitness.
