A little family startup from Germany offering a unique on demand family language card board book in over 40 languages and dialects. Dedicated to all great families that are either multi-colored or embrace the richness of our world. With our multicultural background, we - Annemarie and Réda Achour - faced the challenge in raising our daughter multilingual. Just like many families: according to fmks.eu two thirds of the people worldwide grow up multilingual. For us that means: German, English, French and Arabic. In their early life, children learn languages very easily. That is no problem for them. The challenge is to be consequent yourself as a parent and to stick to your mother tongue. But also we did not find the right tools to support us. So: the idea was born! Sort of like a second baby, born in August 2019. We launched bubbyl bibsi in fall 2020. The book has the very practical DIN A4 format, is 16 pages long and has 7 themes (each a double page). As part of every theme, 13 objects are child-friendly presented. All objects are realistic und authentic things from everyday life. So the newly learned words can be repeated and used together throughout the day. The book has been completely illustrated by Annemarie, inspired by their daughter Phéline aka Bibsi. It is important to us to have the book made in Germany. For one the delivery time is shorter. But also, we want to guarantee the highest quality and safety standards for the little ones. Faith brought us together with our great partner SDP Sachsendruck GmbH in Plauen. They are Germany's only cardboard manufacturer and regard every book as "desired artwork for little and big readers". This is a claim we definitely share. Of course our book has been certified according to DIN EN 71 and therefore is firm to bite and saliva proof. All the words have been translated by native speakers.
