For decades now, the ticketing industry has been robbing music fans of their time and money due to inadequate processes. Ticketi is a direct-to-fan ticketing service that gets tickets into the hands of genuine fans in a fair, convenient and stress-free way. Ticketi uses intelligent algorithms to identify fans' eligibility for an event, directly sending each of them a personalised, time-limited ticket offer. Each fan completes the purchase at their convenience within the time limit. By identifying the genuine fans, the algorithms naturally highlight the bad accounts - thereby keeping the ticket touts at bay. The existing live music industry structure keeps the artist and their fan as far apart as possible, placing them at opposite ends of the stakeholder chain (with a manager, agent, promoter and venue wedged in between).
