INCA provides technical advice and installation best practice for EWI to Government, clients and other key stakeholders. EWI is crucial to meeting the UK target of an 80% reduction in carbon emissions by 2050 compared with 1990 levels, and INCA members apply the latest skills, innovations and techniques to deliver high quality projects across the new build and refurbishment, non-residential and domestic sectors. In order to hold INCA membership, companies must meet the INCA criteria for membership and operate in accordance with the INCA Code of Professional Practice. This gives clients using INCA members the confidence that they are working with competent and reputable Specialist Contractors that will deliver to the highest quality standards. INCA System Designers are required to hold either British Board of Agrément (BBA) certification or European Technical Approval (ETA) for their systems and INCA Contractors must have a proven track record of delivering EWI projects.
