IFG Opportunity Fund, LLC began in 2004 as a private equity fund created to invest in small growth companies through private investments in public equities, commonly referred to as PIPE’s. IFG provides debt, equity and stockholder loans to micro-cap and small-cap companies. Because we invest our own capital we are able to be more flexible and competitive in our pricing than other funds who may be restricted by their investor participation.
