Our Mission is to achieve gender equity in the legal profession by improving promotion and retention rates of women in the law, along with championing equal pay and transparency regarding compensation practices in the legal profession. We have two primary objectives to help us achieve our mission: 🔹 Provide support, resources, training, information, and networking opportunities to women lawyers with families; and 🔹 Provide training and information to law firms and other legal employers about policies and practices that will help them retain valuable attorney talent during critical caregiving years.
