Even before ESG became its own investment sector, Tralee was actively employing ESG criteria in its acquisitions, operations and long-term asset management to create healthy, safe and affordable communities for individuals with moderate and low incomes. We have been acquiring well located affordable assets in critically supply-constrained markets since 2013. Due to our strict investment standards, we evaluate and underwrite less than 15% of the affordable assets that come onto the market. We use an active and institutional approach to acquisitions and asset management.
