I provide both flat fee, fractional general counsel services to early stage and emerging growth companies, and corporate transactional assistance to companies and investors primarily in equity and debt financing (seed stage, VC and other) and mergers and acquisitions, as well as contractual agreements for joint ventures, strategic alliances, IP licensing, manufacturing, sales and distribution, and other relationships.
