In 2016, Rhiannon and Philippa Oakley established Oakley Coaching in response to the growing demand for mentoring, coaching and communication skills-based training within the public and private healthcare industry. The Oakley Coaching team have a background in both the NHS and private healthcare sector, and experience in executive business positions. As registered Coaches and Mentors with the NHS Leadership Academy, we bring our experience of supporting practices and organisations at a strategic level to help bring about positive change. We have particular expertise in delivering training on clinical LGBTQ+ inclusivity, incorporating our expert communication skills to support your teams in providing affirmative, inclusive healthcare to LGBTQ+ service users.
