The basis of the company's business concept is the acquisition of residential and commercial premises, mainly medium-sized housing portfolios. Westminster purchases real estate and then upgrades or extends it to become part of the company's rental portfolio for years. Westminster is also active in the fields of sport, culture, and society. From the 2018 season, Westminster is the main partner of the Służewiec horse racing track in Warsaw.
