After a fateful run in with a kid that sold him a guitar on the streets of downtown Portland, Oregon, Lawrence taught himself to play by diving deep into the blues and cutting his teeth to Jimi Hendrix, Led Zeppelin, and Stevie Ray Vaughan. This journey led him to leave Corporate America to pursue his passion of music and becoming a national artist.
