TransChance Health aims to create and maintain resources that educate and empower the trans and gender non-binary community to confidently and independently navigate the healthcare world including accessing gender affirming health care by finding providers, knowing and understanding their rights and providing tools to self advocate, and comprehensive education surrounding health insurance and assorted issues - including enrollment, prior authorizations, referrals, denials, and appeals.
