I have 16 years of professional experience teaching, advising, and developing large-scale programs on college campuses and in community organizations. Through this work I have discovered a passion for vocational exploration that has evolved into a desire to help people in all stages of life discover what they’re capable of. Some of the tools I enjoy using to promote self-discovery and team building are CliftonStrengths, the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, and the Enneagram. I’m at my best when I’m facilitating meaningful discussion, whether that’s at a workshop, retreat, book club, or over coffee.
