As a family owned business, Carolinas Premier Resource was established to continue the legacy and honor the founder (Manuel Rosas) of the company formally known as PinPoint Safety, a retired 32-year Chief Warrant Officer 4 in the United States Army who upon retirement fulfilled his dream of opening his own safety consulting and training firm.
