The perfect place to host your event! A spectacular outdoor venue overlooking five points in Raleigh from the third floor deck of the legendary Building 5. We would love to host your event. Just to confirm, before you spend any more time checking out DECK 5, we want to make sure you are aware this is this is an OUTDOOR venue... an amazing one-of-a-kind outdoor venue. If you have the time you really should swing by and take a look at the space, it is one of a kind. Amazing views of the sunset and historic five points with downtown Raleigh in the distance. Max capacity of 30 people. We rent the space in 5 hour time slots, a 10am-4pm or a 5pm-10pm time slot. Which should give you plenty of time to mingle and have a nice event. That being said, if it does rain the day you requested we will give you a raincheck for another day with better weather as long as it is not previously reserved. Another benefit is the rental also comes with a 400sqft catering prep kitchen. Thurs - Sat nights are our "prime" rental nights and usually rent for $1650 per 5-hour period (5pm-10pm). If you are flexible, other day or night 6-hour time periods can be $200-$300 less than the "prime" rental nights. Please call or message us for more information.
