Taylor is a Southern California-based cook and writer. In her own work, she focuses on using food as the common ground we all share, and creating a great meal to connect with as many people as possible. “If I can get one more person to have the courage or inspiration to start cooking, then I’ve done my job.” Her favorite herb is basil, closely followed by a tie between every other herb. “Fresh herbs make everything amazing.” What she loves most about her job is being able to cook and talk about food all day. As for her favorite food to cook? “Anything I haven’t tried yet.”
