Solutions include box packaging, palletizing, automated warehouse storage, and manufacturing processes such as die-casting, welding and cold-pressing. The company currently serves areas in central and eastern China, and more recently in Europe, the United States and Australia. Research and development into its proprietary products form a central strategy to the company's growth and business expansion, including intelligent stacker cranes, industrial robots, shutter vehicles, and computer vision systems. Boxline Automation owns ten patents for its automated warehouse storage solutions. Founded in 2006, Boxline Automation was ranked in the top 120 companies for best service-oriented manufacturing by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology in 2017. The ranking was based on a selection criteria of innovation in services and management, growth towards the service sector, and upstream-downstream integration within the industrial chain.
